A few people has stolen my pictures, and put them on their own website. While I am extremely flattered, I am also confused. Why in the world would someone steal my worst pictures? If you are going to steal the pictures, you might as well steal the good ones. I am going to watermark them, but wouldn’t you rather steal the good pictures?

  1. Internet etiquette is depressing. I’m sorry to hear someone stole your images. You can report them to their blog host and provider too but definitely call them out on it privately and give them a chance to remedy it. Sometimes they really don’t know (too old/too young) they legally errored. Some still don’t care in which case, watermarking helps but I’ve seen it removed too and replaced with a new one so that’s not a total fix. Karma sorts it out.
